We have recently been receiving request from backers for an update. We feel that it's important to ensure that we are giving out good quality information and try to do it giving the most pertinent information available pertaining to the project not just filler info. Lately we know we have been lacking in the update category and greatly apologies as we honestly love getting and giving updates. For the past two years and four months I can honestly say that we have not given out nearly as many updates as I would have liked, and I feel that it's important to explain why to help the project as we move forward in the future. Essentially the short story is that our lack of information for updates and slow working process is primarily from our interactions with symbiote studios. We have done our best to be understanding and supportive of the symbiote team as we know they have gone through some tough times in the past few years dealing with the major impacts of COVID and internal issues. These issues have understandably contributed to the long working time and lack of updates. We hoped that over time they would eventually work themselves out and the project would pick up steam so we could make it a fun and exciting process for everyone who supported us in making the FCS a reality. Sadly, this has not been the case and it seems that the Symbiote team continues to suffer the same issues only prolonging the process even further. With the time frame being what we feel has been more than ample time to not only recover but to recover and complete the FCS project we have had to directly address the issue asking Symbiote for a resolution to getting the FCS completed, including the quality of the figures and massive time frame we have already incurred. We know that you as backers have been greatly anticipating the line and feel that we need to work out a solution that's going to make it happen in the best and most timely manner currently available. At this point we have found 3 possible solutions that will move the line forward and are currently working to find the one that will yield the best results. We promise that we have not forgotten about our commitment to you as supporters and as a company that believes in honesty, respect and values being a company of positivity we will continue to do our best no matter the circumstances to complete what we've started and committed to. With the pursuit of success and constantly moving things forward we have been lucky enough to team up with one of the best up and coming independent toy creators and sculptor Esteban Cifuentes of Donman Art, who is the creator of the new and exciting F.I.S.T. action figure line that will be launching (preorders) tomorrow Monday 05/28/24 at 12pm EDT on Invincibletoys.com . The F.I.S.T. figure line has already been released in Colombia with great success via help from IPImaginarte an amazing factory with years of production experience. This has given us the opportunity to continue working on figures while building a positive working relationship with a new factory. With F.I.S.T. already produced Invincible Toys will be helping to support the line by bringing it into the US and giving collectors the chance to add these awesome characters to their collection with figures shipping out in July. Like we said we are so grateful for the support and understanding of backers over the years and have not forgot about the obligation we have in completing the FCS and we feel this relationship we have via Esteban and IPImaginarte will be a piece of fulfilling that obligation. As we said above, we are currently looking into 3 resolutions for the FCS and will be giving news on the final direction as soon as we hear back from Symbiote Studios, with the final direction hopefully making the project fun and exciting as it was intended to be.

Updates have been coming in just before Symbiote Studios closes up for Chinese New Year including a look at pad printed eyes, clear weapons and box samples. With these being the first time seeing them we wanted to make sure we shared as some of the behind-the-scenes process is pretty cool and sometimes fascinating. In this update we have a video showing how the factory applies the eyes to the head in a process called pad printing. In the process several small plates are made that have a pad pressed down on them and then pressed onto the figure head applying the paint to the surface. The pad then moves on to the next plate and repeats the process adding in each layer of the eye.
Although this is used for eyes in this case its often used for so many other things like small logos and details that cant be hand painted and need to be cleanly applied. We also can see the samples of the clear weapons as they come off the sprue. What we see here should be pretty close to the final product.
As for the packaging all the items above along with the sample box has been sent over for final review and should be arriving soon. Once in hand everything will be looked over and any changes will be sent over to the factory who will be back to working on the project around the end of February.

First things first, the team here at Invincible Toys would like to wish everyone a happy new year! Our hope is that everyone has had a great 2023 and is as exited as us to jump into 2024. As we start off the new year, we have plenty of updates; including a direct project completion update from the factory, full package turnarounds and some behind the scenes images of the injection molding process of the FCS.
One of the questions I receive most often is "When are the FCS going to ship?" With so many variables involved, our answer has had to be a pretty consistent, (we are waiting for an update from the factory). That being said, we wanted to share some information directly from one of the recent emails we received from the factory that gives us the most updated time frame.
(UPDATE FROM FACTORY)
(First of all, I have attached some updates. We got pictures of the parts that we are working on and some videos of the injection process. In the meantime, the color box sample is ready. We got some pictures and videos as well.
Ever since we got to the final injection process in early November, the machines have been running daily except for those 2 weeks of fire department inspection.
We are working on the blister insert sample as well, so more updates to come. We are planning to mail you the pre-production samples with packaging samples early January. Hopefully we can start final painting soon after you review the samples. Fingers crossed.
There is another obstacle that Chinese New Year is approaching, so we will be closed from Feb 1 to Feb 20. If we can start the final painting mid to late January, production should be finished by late March, and ETA delivery to you by late April to early May.)
Although its not normal operating procedure for us to share emails from the factory, we aim to be fully transparent in the process and estimated delivery date and felt it was important to share. Below are all the videos and images that we received of the updates.

December is upon us and as we get closer to Christmas, we at Invincible Toys hope that everyone is having a great holiday season. With Christmas approaching we were hoping to be further along in the final production phase to be able to send out some behind the scenes images of the FCS as they are being injection molded and prepped for assembly and paint. Sadly, as this was taking place last week the factory got hit with a surprise fire inspection that put production on hold. Not trying to let the process slow down we moved over to focus on packaging so we could continue the forward momentum since packaging is taken care of out of house. With this being said we have images of the packaging the figures will be shipping in. Although some minor changes may need to be made for proper printing the package design is complete. We know packaging may not be as exciting as an update as we hoped but once things clear with the Fire Dept we will give another more in-depth update on the physical status of the figures.

With Power Con in the books and lots of positive support and feedback on the FCS line we have had some time to sit down with Symbiote Studios and give a good evaluation on the last round of figures including fit, form, function and paint. Overall, the figures are looking good and the only major item that had to be addressed was the length of time the project has been taking. With the pandemic being the primary cause affecting the production process things have mostly returned to normal and we are happy to say that we are going to be moving forward at a much faster pace. What does this mean for the project, well the factory will be speeding up the process by injection molding all the parts and preparing them for paint while we finish out the fine details like printing the eyes. Once the details are tightened up all the parts will be ready for paint and assembly with no time wasted. We will also be doing the packaging so once the paint and assembly is done there will be no waiting for that process to take place. All in all, if everything goes as planned the factory is estimating the figures being ready by the end of November, this is great news and although still an estimate we are excited to once again be able to have a time frame to work with.
