LAST DAY FOR REFUND

We have made every attempt to make a refund to each backer and today will be the last day for refunds to be issued. If you still have not received a refund, please reach out to me so we can get it taken care of. With that being said we do not want to close the campaign without ensuring we have given every chance we could for backers to receive a refund but do feel that it's time to finally bring this campaign to an end and give it some closer. I will make one last run through all of my email accounts and social media accounts at 11:00pm just to make sure nothing got missed before we fully close out the campaign. All refunds have been issued or (attempted to be sent) to every backer. If you still have not received a refund that means we had no capability to issue you a refund via Paypal. We understand that this can be a tough process to get settled so we are going to give until 05/30/2025 for anyone who has not received their refund to reach out so we can work out any issues and ensure their refund is received. Please reach out as this will be the last attempt before closing out the campaign.

ISSUED REFUNDS

We have issued all refunds back to the accounts that would allow us to. If you did not receive a refund, please reach out to us to see if we can help. We checked over all the remaining accounts and all remaining accounts must be updated via paypal to allow us to issue refunds. We will give one more week to allow for updates then make a second attempt on all unreceived payments.

First let me apologize for the long time in-between updates, the process of negotiating a settlement with the factory has been a very long and arduous process to say the least. With that being said we have done our best to come up with a final resolution that will bring closure to the campaign. In our best attempt to close the campaign on as positive a note as possible we will be issuing back partial refunds. Although we would have liked to have completed the project and seen the FCS come to fruition it just hasn't seemed to be in the cards for us.
I know this decision leaves the question why only a partial refund will be given. A simple answer to that is that we were able to complete the molds to the figures finishing half the project, in turn utilizing half of the funds. Those molds were then given to BBTS in reconciliation for their support in hopes that they may be of some use in the future and what funds is left is being refunded to you.
As for the refunds, we will be issuing these via PayPal utilizing the email address that is on file via Kickstarter. If you do not currently have a PayPal account one can be opened and utilized for free via Paypal.com. Refunds will start May 1st giving a 2-week period to allow people enough time to establish an account or to update their current account.
(Note) if the email you have listed on your Kickstarter is not currently on your PayPal account you can add it to your current account and have multiple emails on file for use.
(About the refund) To keep things as efficient as possible we will be copying the email given on Kickstarter and pasting it directly into PayPal. once the account comes up and is verified the funds will be sent. (PayPal then has an option to move this money directly over to your traditional banking account if you choose.)
If for some reason a PayPal account cannot be located or verified at the time we attempt to issue a refund, we will notate the account and attempt to rectify it at a later time.
In closing due to the previous situation and reasons outside of our control Invincible Toys will be stepping away from the action figure production industry for a while if not indefinitely. I do want to thank you all for the support you gave and have given over the years. The kindness of the community is truly a blessing, and I hope that one day I can pay that forward.

I wanted to provide everyone with an important update regarding the FCS line. Unfortunately, we have had to place the project on hold as we are currently in legal proceedings concerning project issues with our factory partner (Symbiote Studios). Although disheartening this step is necessary to ensure that we address the matter appropriately and protect the projects integrity the best we can.
In lieu of the situation we are sad to say that the F.I.S.T. brand and Nightwolf will no longer be under the Invincible Toys company banner (with S.W.A.T. to be determined) and both F.I.S.T. and the Nightwolf brands returning fully under charge of their soul creators. Both brands have made this decision on their own accord with Invincible Toys full support and understanding due to the seriousness of the situation and for the preservation of both brands.
This separation of the two brands although impactful does not change the positive personal and working relationships that have been established between them and us (Invincible Toys LLC). This being said we hope that as the matter is resolved we will be able to continue to maintain those positive relationships indefinitely.
We do apologies for the lack of updates this project has had over its life span; we have often times been limited on the information on the project and updates ourselves, also partially resulting in the matter at hand. We pride ourselves as a company that honestly cares about people and the toy community, so rest assured that we remain fully committed to resolving the situation as quickly as possible and desire to follow through with completion of the FCS. We value your investment and appreciate your continued patience during this time.
